Yes on two fronts. Love for Christ, for He said in John 14:15 "if you love me you will keep my commands." And then love for my neighbor, in that in the same way I experience the awesomeness of Christ I want them to experience it also, (love your neighbor as yourself, Luke 10:27.
I guess because I only want to make disciples because that's what I'm supposed to do, it may be more out of love for Jesus than for the disciples.
